About our internships
AFSP is currently accepting applications for Spring 2020 internships (January-May, 2020). The Fall semester positions have all been filled. To apply, please submit a cover letter, resume, college or university transcript, 1-2 letters of recommendation, and a writing sample between 500 – 1,000 words to [email protected].
Please note that all internships opportunities are unpaid and do require you to secure your own housing and transportation in the Washington, D.C. area.
AFSP Public Policy Associates assist the AFSP Public Policy Team in establishing and carrying out the organization’s public policy priorities and legislative agenda, and in maintaining and enhancing AFSP’s advocacy presence in Washington, DC and at the state and local levels of government.
