Meet our Volunteer of the Month for October 2023 - Kerry Ogden!
Kerry was nominated for her efforts around advocacy and education last month. She was instrumental in getting several proclamations from various cities in her region and held multiple Talk Saves Lives presentations.
A little about Kerry:
My name is Kerry Ogden - AFSP Advocate and part of the Education Committee. I have dedicated my life to helping others since 1995 when I started a wonderful nursing career. In 2012, I began to volunteer full time and it has truly been a heartfelt experience. I volunteer for AFSP to educate communities through programs and resources. As a Volunteer Community Leader, I am bringing communities closer together by increasing mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
