Courtney Collins
Vice President, Central Division
Courtney Collins currently serves as the Vice President of the Southern Division overseeing chapter operations in nine states (Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia). She provides strategic oversight to develop staff, promote chapter growth and align with organizational goals.
Courtney joined AFSP in 2016, initially serving as the Area Director for the Illinois Chapter. In this role, she helped maintain Illinois as a top-performing chapter across the country and led the Chicagoland Walk to be the first million-dollar Out of the Darkness Community Walk. Eventually, she became the Regional Director of the Illinois and Missouri Chapters.
Courtney has spent most of her career working with or for non-profit organizations specializing in fundraising and event management. In her free time, she enjoys life in Florida with her husband and their two puppies, as well as working out, traveling and being on the water.
