Meet Misty Lee- Special Events Manager

Misty left her home in Alabama in 1995 and ventured west, landing in Utah in her early twenties. She spent over 27 years working at Snowbird Resort as their Event Manager while raising her son and exploring the trails of the Wasatch Front. Her hobbies include hiking, snowboarding, paddleboarding, pottery, climbing, hot springs, hanging with her dog, and “airplane mode” camping trips. Fun fact, she averages over 700 miles of hiking annually. After seeing the AFSP Special Events Manager job posted, she knew it was her dream job, having lived experience and too many friends dying by suicide. It is her goal to increase awareness and fundraising efforts while improving and bringing more events to the Utah Chapter.
