Inside the Research

The goal is to to develop a treatment for suicide-bereaved families experiencing prolonged grief in surviving children and/or parents that will help them deal with their loss, restore the family’s capacity to thrive and optimize their ability to communicate effectively. Availability of such an evidence-based approach for survivors of suicide loss would be a major step forward for both bereaved survivors and for suicide prevention.
