Inside the Research
Question: Is an adolescent at risk for suicide shortly after hospital discharge for a suicide attempt?
Strategy: Using ecological momentary analysis (EMA) and actigraphy to measure sleep, 50 adolescents admitted to the hospital for a suicide attempt will be assessed during the month after discharge.
Impact: Greater understanding of short-term suicide risk factors.
