Trisha Calabrese is a seasoned public health executive and mental health advocate with over 25 years of experience leading transformative initiatives across the country. She is nationally recognized for driving strategic innovation and operational excellence across major health organizations.
Trisha currently serves as Senior Vice President of Programs at the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, where she leads national strategies in education, healing support, workplace mental health, and community engagement. Her leadership has been pivotal in expanding access to mental health resources, fostering inclusive partnerships, and implementing innovative solutions that reach diverse populations.
Her career includes transformative roles at the American Academy of Pediatrics, where she led the organization’s COVID-19 response and pioneered national telehealth and pediatric health initiatives. Trisha has spearheaded groundbreaking efforts to integrate mental health into broader public health systems, streamline program operations, and scale initiatives that support individuals and families affected by suicide and mental health challenges.
