Support AFSP Tennessee with Kroger Community Rewards

Kroger Community Rewards is an easy way to show your support for AFSP Tennessee. Once you link your Kroger Card to Ameican Foundation for Suicide Prevention, all you have to do is shop at Kroger and swipe your Shopper’s Card, it's that easy!

To link your Kroger card to AFSP Tennessee follow the instructions below. If you do not have a card, pick one up at the customer service desk of any Kroger.

  • Go to krogercommunityrewards.com and sign in or register in the upper right corner of the page.
  • Go to the Community Rewards section and enroll.
  • Search for and select American Foundation for Suicide Prevention
  • When you are done, American Foundation for Suicide Prevention should appear under the community rewards section of your account.
