Tell us a little bit about your background – personal and/or professional.

I was born and raised in Western PA north of Pittsburgh.  I have lived in Florida for 20 years.  I am in real estate. I co-owned my own brokerage for 8 years until 2025. 

What city do you call home?

Clearwater, FL

Where did you grow up?

Butler, PA

What are some of your favorite hobbies?

Traveling, Sports, and Reading

What might someone be surprised to learn about you?

I lived in China for 3.5 years

Why did you become involved with AFSP?

I lost my nephew to suicide in 2021. He was in college with a bright future.  I want to do what I can to help so other families will not have to deal with suicide loss. 

What was your first introduction to AFSP?

The year my nephew died by suicide we started doing the Out of The Darkness Walks in Pittsburgh and Florida.  I joined the St Petersburg walk committee in 2023. 

What is one of the most important things you would share with the community about AFSP?

The people involved with this organization truly care about making a difference and they take their work with AFSP seriously.

Anythying else you'd like to share?

I am honored and grateful to be a part of the board. It is a subject close to my heart and I am excited to do what I can to help others that have dealt with suicide.
