Supplementing local events for International Survivors of Suicide Loss Day in 2022, AFSP featured two national, online events. These special presentations have been recorded, and are available to watch now:

Día de Esperanza (Day of Hope) offered support specifically for Hispanic and Latinx communities that have been affected by suicide loss. The event featured a panel discussion highlighting the powerful stories and learnings of Hispanic and Latinx suicide loss survivors.

Survivor Day Live featured a screening of the AFSP-produced documentary Pathways to Healing: Hope after Suicide Loss, followed by a discussion with several loss survivors, exploring their experiences and what set them on a pathway toward healing. Topics of discussion included coping strategies, trying to find closure, and grappling with loss over the holidays.
