Currently, she is immersed in a meaningful role at a group private practice, diligently working towards independent licensure from the Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling. Drawing on a rich and diverse experience, Erica has provided empathetic support to children, adolescents, older adults, couples, and families grappling with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal ideation.
